🔹 What is a Computer?

A computer is an electronic machine that takes input, processes data, and gives output.

Hardware means all the physical parts of a computer that we can see and touch.

Software is a set of instructions or programs given to the computer.

Controls the computer. Example: Windows

Helps us do specific work.

  • Word – typing
  • Paint – drawing
  • Excel – calculations

Both depend on each other.
Without hardware, software cannot run.
Without software, hardware cannot work.
